Q: What is the ordering process like?

1) Click on the page 'Order Form' where you will be directed to a form, fill up the required fields, ensure all information like mailing address, item number and quantity are correct before proceeding to click 'SUBMIT'. Please also indicate your preferred mail option. For any other enquiries, use the additional enquiries box.
2) We will email you an invoice, stating the availability of goods and total payment due. Kindly make payment within 2 days after receiving the invoice and. Payments are to be made to KIM YOUNG KUN POSB SAVINGS 125-49158-8.
3) After payment is done, email us at luxy.queen10@gmail.com with your payment details in the following format.

Q: Where do your products come from?
A: LuxyQueen imports our products from Korea.
Q: How long will it take for the items to reach Singapore/me?
A: It will take 5-7 days as the clothes are coming from Korea. Additionally, allow for 1-2 days for LuxyQueen to check if your items are in good condition before mailing it out. In total, your item should take approximately 1-2 weeks to reach you.
NOTE: For customers who order only one item, you may need to wait out a little longer. However, in the event that your order is urgent, please indicate this in the 'Additional Enquiries' field of the order form. You will need to pay a little bit more for shipping, and this will be advised on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How do I take care of the dress that I ordered?
A: If you want to keep your dress as long as possible try to wash by hand or send it for dry cleaning.
Q: What are your mailing charges/options?
A: LuxyQueen strongly encourages for all customers to opt for registered mail to prevent any losses. LuxyQueen will NOT be held liable for any loss of items sent via normal mail.
Registered mail requires an additional charge of $2.24 to normal mail postage.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Yes, a flat rate of $3 is charged to all orders.
Q: Does LuxyQueen ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we do. The locations for meet-ups are at our convenience.
